Ready Posture: Parallel Ready Stance toward D
1. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right back stance while executing mid section side block with X knife hand.
2. Execute low section twisting kick with right foot keeping both hands as they were in 1.
3. Lower right foot to ‘D’ forming right front stance at the same time execute mid section punch with right fist. Perform in a fast motion.
4. Execute mid section punch with left fist. Perform in a fast motion.
5. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance at the same time execute rising block with left forearm. Perform in a fast motion.
6. Execute low section block with left forearm. Perform in a fast motion.
7. Execute high section block toward ‘AD’ with double arc hand while looking though it.
8. Pull left foot to right knee joint at the same time bring left fist on right fist facing ‘A’.
9. Lower left foot to ‘AD’ forming rear stance toward ‘AC’ while executing scooping block with left palm fist.
10. Execute mid section punch with right fist.
11. Execute front strike with left back fist.
12. Move right foot on line ‘AB’ and then move left foot to ‘C’ forming right back stance at the same time execute mid section guarding block with knife hand.
13. Execute low section front snap kick with left foot keeping both hands as they were in 12.
14. Lower left foot to ‘C’ forming left front low stance while executing high section thrust with left flat spear finger.
15. Execute high section thrust with right flat spear finger.
16. Execute mid section side thrusting kick to ‘C’ with right foot while pulling both hands in the opposite direction.
17. Lower right foot to ‘C’ forming right back stance toward ‘D’ while executing mid section guarding block with forearm.
18. Move right foot to ‘D’ forming right back stance toward ‘C’ as the same time execute mid section guarding block with forearm.
19. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming right back stance while executing mid section guarding block with knife hand.
20. Move left foot on line ‘CD’ forming rear stance toward ‘A’ while executing right 9 shape block.
21. Move right foot to ‘D’ turning counter clockwise to form left front stance toward ‘C’ while executing low section block with left knife hand.
22. Execute mid section turning kick with right foot and then lower it to ‘C’. Perform in a fast motion.
23. Execute flying side kick toward ‘C’ with right foot. Perform in a fast motion.
24. Lower right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance while executing high section vertical punch with twin fist.
25. Execute high section block toward ‘AC’ with double arc hand while looking through it.
26. Execute upset punch with left fist.
27. Move right foot on line ‘CD’ forming left front stance toward ‘D’ while striking left palm with right front elbow.
28. Jump toward ‘D’ to form right X stance while executing high section block with right double forearm.
29. Move left foot to ‘BC’ forming rear stance toward ‘BD’ at the same time execute scooping block with right palm fist.
30. Execute mid section punch with left fist.
31. Execute front strike strike with right back fist.
32. Move left foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance while executing high section front strike with right reverse knife hand.
33. Move left foot to ‘A’ about one foot at the same time execute mid section turning kick with right foot.
34. Lower right foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance toward ‘D’ while executing high section vertical punch with twin fist.
35. Execute mid section punch with right middle knuckle fist and pull left hammer fist in front of right shoulder while forming right back stance pulling left foot.
36. Move right foot to ‘D’ forming rear stance toward ‘B’ at the same time execute left 9 shape block.
37. Execute low section block with left reverse knife hand.
38. Execute low section block with right knife hand.
39. Move left foot to ‘D’ in a stamping motion forming rear stance toward ‘A’ at the same time execute W shape block with forearm.
40. Move left foot to ‘C’ in a stamping motion forming rear stance toward ‘B’ while executing W shape block with forearm.
41. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance at the same time execute rising block with right forearm.
42. Execute mid section punch with the left fist.
43. Move right foot on line ‘CD’ forming left front stance toward ‘D’ while executing rising block with left forearm.
44. Execute mid section punch with right fist.
