1. Move left foot to ‘B’ forming right back stance while executing mid section guarding block with forearm.
2. Pull right foot to left knee joint while lifting both fists and turning the face toward ‘A’.
3. Execute pressing kick to ‘A’ with right foot keeping both hands as they were in 2. Perform in a fast motion.
4. Lower right foot to ‘A’ forming rear stance while executing mid section strike to ‘A’ with right knife hand. Perform in a fast motion.
5. Execute turning punch with left fist. Perform in a fast motion.
6. Execute mid section block with right inner forearm at the same time execute mid section strike to ‘A’ with right knife hand. Perform in a fast motion.
7. Change the position of hands. Perform in a fast motion.
8. Execute wedging block with inner forearm. Perform in a fast motion.
