- Right foot steps forward into a Right front stance, execute a Right high block.
- Left foot steps forward into a Left front stance, execute a left high block.
- Right foot steps forward into a right front stance, and execute a Right middle punch with Ki-ap.
- Pivot 270° counterclockwise into a left back stance, and execute a left inside to out single arm block.
