June 1989-
Inspired by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the age of 6, I began training TaeKwon-Do (WTF) and Hapkido at J. Park World TaeKwon-Do in Largo, FL with Grandmaster J. Park.
June 1996-
After seven years of training at the age of 13, I earned my 1st Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do (WTF) and Hapkido with Grandmaster J. Park.
July 1996-
Also at the age of 13, I started my career as a martial arts instructor at East Bay World Tae Kwon Do in Largo, FL.
May 1998-
At the age of 14, I earned my 2nd Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do (ITF) at Largo Institute of Self-Defense with Grandmaster Kwang S. Hwang. I was also certified as an instructor of TaeKwon-Do (ITF) and was appointed as a Head Instructor at the Largo Institute of Self-Defense. I also started training in a martial art called Shim Shin Do.
June 1999-
At the age of 16, I was appointed Head Instructor of TaeKwon-Do (ITF) and an Instructor of Shim Shin-Do at Largo Martial Arts Academy. I also start training in Judo.
May 2001-
At the age of 17, I earned my 3rd Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do (ITF) with Grandmaster Kwang S. Hwang.
September 2001-
At the age of 18, I was appointed Head Instructor of TaeKwon-Do (ITF) and a Head Instructor of Shim Shin Do at Countryside Institute of Self-Defense.
April 2002-
I founded Palm Harbor Self-Defense. I began teaching private TaeKwon-Do Instruction classes in my home and other people’s homes.
March 2003-
I earned my 4th Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do (ITF) with Grandmaster Kwang S. Hwang. I also start my training in Krav Maga.
September 2003-
I decided to quit working for other martial arts schools and also put all the private TaeKwon-Do students I had accumulated over the past year and a half in one place, so I started teaching TaeKwon-Do for the YMCA of the SunCoast. Over the next three years, I taught and ran the martial arts programs at the Greater Palm Harbor YMCA, Lake St. George Elementary, and Curlew Creek Elementary. I also started my training in Jiu-jitsu and MMA.
June 2006-
I opened and founded a martial arts school called X-treme SideKicks in Clearwater, FL (later relocated to Oldsmar, Florida).
March 2007-
I earned my 5th Degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do (ITF).
October 2007-
After moving to England and closing X-treme SideKicks in October 2007, I became a Martial Arts & Kickboxing Chief Instructor for the Martial Arts Network in Dorset, UK (England).
May 2009-
I received an ITF International Instructor Certification at the 44th IIC in Miesbach, Germany. The course was taught by future/former ITF President Grandmaster Trajtenberg, Grandmaster Marano, and Grandmaster Bos.
May 2010-
After moving back to Florida in March 2010, I started Palm Harbor Martial Arts and started teaching TaeKwon-Do & Kickboxing classes at The Palm Harbor Activity Center (now known as CSA Palm Harbor)
November 2013-
I started teaching Martial Arts classes at The North Pinellas YMCA.
April 2014-
I received my 6th Degree Black Belt Certification in ITF TaeKwon-Do/Kido Kwan Martial Art International.
